Naveen Kumar

Naveen Kumar was born in 1985, Bengaluru. He completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Printmaking from the Visual art department, Janabarthi, Bangalore University (2010) Bengaluru. He has participated in several curated and group shows at Museums & Galleries worldwide. He lives and works in Palakkad, Kerala and Bengaluru, Karnataka.

He has participated in the Piramal Art Foundation Residency, Mumbai, Inter National Artists Residency, Art for Change Foundation, New Delhi and Indian Ateliers, International Residency Program, Goa and Magical Stories, MOD, Bengaluru.

He has been awarded the Karnataka Lalit Kala Akademy Graphic fellowship, K.K. Hebbar Art Grant, 2017 and Shenoy Art Foundation “Emerging artist” Award 2015 among various other accolades.

His exhibit with us is titled Mantrika Kathakal (Magical stories) a Teakwood ink, mixed media made in 2021.
